Scholarships

Wando Rugby traditionally awards two scholarships each year to our Wando Rugby Seniors at the end of season rugby banquet held in late May / early June.

To be considered for these scholarships, applicants are to send a 1-2 page essay answering the following three questions:

1. What is a personal achievement in rugby that makes you proud?

2. How has Wando Rugby affected your life?

3. How will you remain involved in rugby after high school?

Names and other identifying information will be removed from your essay submissions and your essays will be numbered and provided to our club founders (Chris Davis and Tod Shepherd) and they will each select a distinct winning essay.

Essays should be emailed to scholarship@wandorugby.org PRIOR to the deadline advertised via TeamSnap.
